ET Canada | Brock McGillis, the first openly gay professional hockey player visits ET Canada Pride to discuss the recent investigation surrounding Toronto Maple Leafs player Morgan Reilly and the homophobic slur heard during an NHL game. Brock also shares his own personal coming out story and as well as his hopes to change the experience within sports for LGBTQ youth.

FOR ME i see the biggest shift that still needs to happen today especial in canada is language. I think especially with younger generations they’re far more inclusive in thought but their language hasn’t evolved as quickly as their thoughts have.
